We use the term "SAFETY Act" descriptively, because it is the plain-English name of the federal program we cover. We do not use DHS seals, logos, or visual identity, and we take active care not to mimic the official .gov aesthetic.
Editorial approach
Our goal is neutral, high-quality educational content. We favor plain language over jargon, cite the statute and regulations where relevant, and point readers to the official SafetyAct.gov for anything that requires an authoritative source — approvals, applications, forms, program updates, and the list of approved technologies.
We do not recommend, endorse, or rank specific vendors. When we discuss technology categories or use cases, we frame them as evaluation questions buyers should ask — never as sales copy for any particular product.
